With the SMSC coming up, we’re getting more and more excited to meet you all in our beautiful Fribourg!

arrival on friday
When you arrive at Fribourg train station, there will be someone to guide you to the bus station to the SMSC (or how to get to Pérolles campus, if you want to walk). At the bus stop, there will also be someone to show you how to get to the check-in and the apéro. The check-in starts at 18:00 and ends at 23:00.
-> Attention: from 20:00 on, you will have to find the way yourself (however, there will be signs showing you the way; also, you can see the way to the campus on our website: see QR code further down).
At the Pérolles campus, you will see the signs to the check-in. There, you will get your goodie bag and, if ordered, your SMSC tshirts & sweaters. Also, you will find a room where you can put all your clothes and baggage. Next to the check-in, there is the helpdesk, where you can always turn to in case of any questions.
apero
On the 21. October 2022 we will start at 18:00 with an Apéro on the Campus Pérolles in Fribourg.
if you arrive on saturday
On saturday, there will be helper at the train station and at the bus stop as well to show you the way to the check-in. You can put your clothes and baggage in a room at the campus. Check-in will be opened from 08:00 and ends at 08:45! Next to the check-in, there is the helpdesk, where you can always turn to in case of any questions.
-> Attention: the room for your belongings has to be empty by 15:00! Please come get all your baggage until then and keep it on you or transfer it to the accomodation.
food
We have vegetarian and vegan food. If you signed up as vegatarian, please do not take from the vegan food, since there are calculated portions for the people who chose vegan. We will provide you with apéro and drinks on friday, breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks in the evening on saturday and with breakfast and a packed lunch on sunday.
Attention: for the apéro on friday as well as for the breakfast on saturday & sunday, do not forget to bring the cup from your goodie bag!
accomodation
The adress of the accomodation is «Avenue du Général-Guisan 61″. You can get there by bus (line 8 from „Charmettes“ which is at the Pérolles campus, to bus stop „Vuille») or by walking (15-20 min). Also, on friday at 23:00, there will be a guided tour to the accomodation. Don’t forget to take a sleeping bag with you!
-> Attention: Please do not leave any valuables at the accomodation during the day. There is a guarded room at the campus where you can leave your belongings. Also, especially in the evening/night, do not forget to always keep your badge with you, as we can only let you into the accomodation with your badge!
-> on sunday morning: Please take all your belongings with you to the Pérolles campus in the morning, since we will start cleaning the accomodation directly after breakfast. There will be enough space for your belongings in a room at the campus. If you loose or forget anything at the accomodation, please contact the helpdesk.
party
In typical Fribourg-style, we will party at the Mythic club very close to the Pérolles campus. There will be karaoke until midnight and after that, there will be DJ RONFA, the Red Bull 3style Swiss Champion! Get ready to dance!

If you need something or don’t know where to go, you can always visit the helpdesk (which is at the same place as the check-in) or call Marc (078 962 24 41) or Maren (078 827 15 51). In case of an emergency, please call directly the emergency numbers: ambulance: 144, firefighters: 118, or police: 117.
